By choosing to extra your baby car seat warranty, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Extra warranty are available only for Crolla baby car seat.
  2. Effective Date: The extra warranty goes into effect immediately upon successful payment and confirmation. For customers with our convertible car seat or booster seat, the extra warranty will take effect at the conclusion of the existing 3-year warranty period. For customers with our infant carrier, the extra warranty will begin after the conclusion of the existing 1-year warranty period. It covers mechanism problems as specified in the warranty terms.
  3. Non-Transferable: The extra warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the baby car seat.
  4. Purchase Window: The extra warranty can be purchased within 30 days of the original customer purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date, the option to extra the warranty will no longer be available. We encourage our valued customers to take advantage of this offer promptly to ensure continuous coverage for their baby car seat.
  5. Coverage: The extra warranty covers manufacturing defects related to mechanism problems, including any mechanical or structural defects in the baby car seat’s components. Our extra warranty does not  do replacement of consumable components, such as batteries. The extra warranty does not cover normal wear and tear resulting from regular use, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, alterations, or unauthorized repairs. It specifically covers mechanism problems and defects as specified in the warranty terms.
  6. Warranty Claims: In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at 011-59736061 (Whatsapp) , Crolla Malaysia (Facebook) or crollababy (Instagram). Proof of purchase and extra warranty confirmation will be required.
  7. Refund Policy: Extra warranty fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  8. Changes to Terms: Infant Forest (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
