Warranty Terms and Conditions:

All car seats are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for 36 months from the date of original purchase. All car seats will have 36 months warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used in normal conditions and in accordance with our user manual for a period of 36 months begins from the date of the original retail purchase by the first end-user customer. To request for repairs or spare parts under our warranty in materials defects and workmanship, you must present your proof of purchase, made within the 36 months preceding the service request. Buckle Alert System is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.

All infant carrier are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of original purchase. For infant carrier, 12 months warranty will be covered by all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used in normal conditions and in accordance with our user manual for a period of 12 months starting from the date of the original retail purchase by the first end-user customer. To request repairs or spare parts under our warranty for defects in materials and workmanship you must present your proof of purchase, made within the 12 months preceding the service request.

All stroller products are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for 12 months starting from the date of original purchase. Our 12 months warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used in normal conditions and in accordance with our user manual for a period of 12 months from the date of the original retail purchase by the first end-user customer. All playpen is covered by a 12-months warranty and warranted against defective materials or workmanship from the original date of purchase. 12 months warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when used in normal conditions and in accordance with our manual instruction. To request a claim under our warranty, product must be registered with Crolla before a warranty claim processed and you must present your proof of purchase, made within the 12 months preceding the service request. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and not transferable to someone subsequently purchase the product from the original purchaser.

All baby swing is covered by a 12-months warranty and warranted against defective materials or workmanship from the original date of purchase. 12 months warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when used in normal conditions and in accordance with our manual instruction. To request a claim under our warranty, the product must be registered with Crolla before a warranty claim processed and you must present your proof of purchase, made within the 12 months preceding the service request. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and not transferable to someone subsequently purchasing the product from the original purchaser.

This warranty is not transferable and is only valid when supplied with a proof of purchase.
PLEASE KEEP PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR WARRANTY. This warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase.

Products purchased from unauthorized retailers are considered unauthorized. No warranty applies to these products since the authenticity of these products cannot be ascertained.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This warranty is NOT COVERED under this warranty:
• Damage due to normal wear and tear from everyday use or negligence.
• Damage is caused by misuse or poor maintenance. Please refer to this manual of guidance on correct use and maintenance.
• Damage is from corrosion, mold or rust caused by lack of maintenance or service.
• Damage to tires.
• Damage is caused by fire, intense sun exposure, sweat, liquid contact, damp storage or any external causes.
• Damage is caused by repair or modifications by a third-party.
• The use of inserts, toys, accessories, or tightening devices is not approved by Crolla, their use could cause this restraint to fail Federal Safety Standards or perform worse in a crash. Their use automatically voids the Crolla warranty.
• Damage caused by use with another product, damage caused by service by anyone who is not authorized by us or if the product is stolen or if any label or identification number has been removed from the product or has been changed.

Customer requires to return the product back to Crolla service centre for warranty purpose.
CROLLA reserves the right to determine if the warranty terms and conditions have been met.

AUTHORIZED RETAILERS
Please visit the nearest authorized Crolla retailers or authorized online retailers to purchase your Crolla child restraint. A list of Crolla authorized retailers can be found on our Official Website. Not all restraints are available at all retailers. Crolla products purchased from unauthorized retailers, online auction sites, or as second hand items, are not covered under warranty. Proof of purchase may be required. While the warranty may not be honored, replacement parts can be purchased.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
The warranty and remedies as set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, express or implied. In no event will Crolla or the retailer selling this product, be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use this product.
